New Procurement Portal Now Available
BART has a new procurement portal. All existing and prospective bidders, proposers, vendors, contractors and suppliers must register in the new system to review active solicitations. Download the solicitation on the new site to become a plan holder. Plan holders will receive notifications from the system related to that Solicitation. To receive notifications for all upcoming solicitations you will also need to add your email address here.
