Ashby Station elevator service out Aug. 4-6 for electrical improvements

From Monday, Aug. 4, through Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2008, work crews will be interrupting elevator service at the Ashby Station to complete electrical improvements to the elevators. This elevator shutdown will limit access to  train platforms at Ashby Station.

Passengers who require elevators are advised to plan ahead and make alternative travel plans during this period. If the Ashby Station is your typical stop, you may want to access BART at Downtown Berkeley or MacArthur Stations. The AC Transit Route 15 provides service from the vicinity of Ashby to both these stations.
