Lafayette elevator to be closed from Sept. 28 - Oct. 2 for upgrades

From Monday, September 28, through Friday, October 2, 2009, BART crews will be interrupting elevator service at the Lafayette Station to complete elevator communication upgrades.  This elevator shutdown will limit access to our train platforms at this station.

If you require an elevator, you must plan ahead and make alternative travel plans during this period.   If the Lafayette Station is your typical stop, you may want to access BART at Orinda Station.
