Escalator out of service at 16th St. Mission Station

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the out-of-service escalator at the 16th St. Mission Station. We need to replace worn and/or damaged steps, work on the track and realign other internal machinery. We are projecting completion of this project in the next two weeks.

We recognize the inconvenience this will cause you, and appreciate your patience.

If you are dependent on the escalator, you may have to use the elevator to get to your destination. To check the operational status of the elevator before arriving at the station, please call 510-834-LIFT or 888-2-ELEVAT.
