Expect delays between Fremont and Hayward Wed 7/29 after 8pm

Expect delays of 15-20 minutes between Fremont and Hayward stations on two weekends: June 20/21 and July 25/26, and late nights (after 8pm) on Wednesday, July 22 and Wednesday, July 29. 

We will be installing barriers to support running the new train cars we will receive in the next two years as well as supporting the new Hayward Maintenance Center. These are two of our three top priority projects to build a Better BART.

On the two Saturdays, the Green Line (Fremont to Daly City) trains will stop at South Hayward Station. We recommend that you take an Orange line train (Fremont to Richmond) from Fremont if you wish to travel further and if you wish to travel across the bay, you will need to transfer to a Blue Line (Dublin/Pleasanton to Daly City) train at Bay Fair Station.
