Elevator flooring replacement resumes in February 2016
We will resume our work to repair/replace the flooring in our elevators starting the week of February 8, 2016 with elevators at the parking garage in Pleasant Hill. This will mean that elevators at a listed station will be out for 1 to 2 days while the work is completed.
Because of technical issues, we will not be replacing the entire floor at this time, but instead, are upgrading materials to make cleaning the elevators easier and to keep them in service.
Below is a schedule of elevators and dates that they will be out of service:
Pleasant Hill: February 8-9 and 10-11 (2 of 4 parking garage elevators each time)
Concord: February 15-16 (Station elevator)
N. Concord: February 17-18 (Station elevator)
Ashby: February 22-23 (Station elevators)
Lake Merritt: February 24-25 (Station elevator)
Fruitvale: February 29-March 1 (Parking garage elevators)
Richmond: March 2-3 (2 parking garage elevators) and 3/4 (1 parking garage elevator)
Colma: March 7-8 (2 parking garage elevators) and 3/9 (1 parking garage elevator)
South San Francisco: March 10-11 (1 station elevator and 1 parking garage elevator), March 14-15 (2 parking garage elevators)
