Elevators out of service at South Hayward Station 7/25-29 Updated

We will repair/replace the flooring in our elevators at South Hayward Station from 7/25-29. While the repairs are being done, there will be no elevator access to the station.

We will be upgrading the splash guards and flooring in the elevator to prevent liquid from flowing under the floor and to make cleaning the elevator easier.

While the elevators are out, you will need to access BART via a different station. Hayward or Union City stations are the closest available with elevators in service.  AC Transit route 99 services this area as well. Or, you may contact the Station Agent, through the courtesy telephone, to arrange lift van service to an adjacent BART station.
