Sunday Single Tracking in San Francisco: Work to remove trees near trackway

BART grounds crews will be working in San Francisco to remove three trees including one that came down close to the trackway and nearby houses. The large pine tree that came down fell on Thursday, April 21 and damaged the right-of-way fence that protects the trackway.

The tree removal work is scheduled to happen on Sunday May 8. To ensure the safety of workers service will be reduced to one track between the Balboa Park and Daly City stations. Riders should expect delays of 10-15 minutes.
