MacArthur Station: escalators temporarily out of service for cleaning November 18-20

Beginning at 8pm on Friday, November 18, 2022, all four escalators at BART’s MacArthur Station will be temporarily taken out of service for cleaning. The escalators will be put back in service by close of service on Sunday, November 20, 2022. The escalators all run between the street level and platform level of the station.

Next to each of the escalators is a stairway that riders can use as an alternative. They can also use two nearby elevators that run between the street and platform levels.
