Muni raises Fast Pass cost starting with January pass

The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency is increasing the cost of its Adult Fast Pass, which allows travel on all Muni bus routes, rail lines including cable cars, and BART service within San Francisco, by $15 to $70 starting with the January 2010 pass.

Muni also will offer a new Muni-only Fast Pass for $60 that will be valid on all Muni routes and lines but not on BART.  For both passes, special event service provided by Muni will continue to require an additional Muni fare.

Muni Fast Passes are available for purchase online and at vendors located throughout the city.
