Elevator Outage Options

In case of an elevator outage, use the following options or contact the station agent for assistance. Agents can arrange a ride to a different station in an accessible van if needed. 

STATION ELEVATOR 

• Can't enter station:   Take another mode of transportation such as a VTA bus to enter BART at the Milpitas station.
• Can't exit station:  Return to Milpitas to exit BART and take another mode of transportation such as a VTA bus to the destination.

BART Elevator Locations and Accessible Path for Berryessa/North San Jose Station 

The Train platforms at Berryessa/North San Jose Station are located on a raised platform. Concourse is on the street level. 

Only one elevator is needed to get from the street level to the platforms. 

The elevator is located inside the paid area on the concourse level. Press “P” for train platform level. 

At the train platform level, you will be approximately at the center of the train boarding platform. 

Exiting Berryessa/North San Jose Station

There is an accessible path from the platforms at this station to the station exit.
