Elevator Outage Options

In case of an elevator outage, use the following options or contact the station agent for assistance. Agents can arrange a ride to a different station in an accessible van if needed. 

STATION ELEVATOR 

• Can't enter station:   Take another mode of transportation such as a County Connection bus to another BART station. The closest station is North Concord/Martinez.
• Can't exit station:  Continue on BART to exit at another station. The closest station is North Concord/Martinez.

Entering Concord Station

Check the status of out of service elevators ELEVATOR ALERTS

The train platforms at Concord Station are located on a raised platform. Concourse is on the streel level.

A prototype fare gate now encloses the elevator at the concourse level to bring the elevator into the paid area. 

Only one elevator is needed to get from the street to train platform.

The elevator is located outside the paid area. Press “P” for train platform level.

At the train platform level, you will be approximately at the center of the train boarding area.

Exiting Concord Station

The train platforms at Concord Station are located on a raised platform.

Only one elevator is needed to get from the train platform to the street.

Elevator is located approximately at the center of the platform. Press “S” for street level.

When exiting the elevator, you will be outside the paid area.
